About the Role:
We are hiring for immediate openings in multiple locations for experienced Core Java Developers with expertise in PL/SQL, Spring Boot, and Software Design & Solutioning. Key Responsibilities:
Core Java & PL/SQL Development: Write, test, and deploy high-quality code in Java, PL/SQL, and related technologies (Spring Boot, JUnit, XML).
Design & Solutioning: Participate in software design, architecture, and solutioning discussions. Strong understanding of software design principles and Java design patterns is required.
Team Leadership (L5): Lead and mentor a team of 4-5 developers. Provide technical guidance and ensure high coding standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.
Client Interaction: Engage with customers (and customers’ customers) to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
Code Quality: Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices; use tools like SonarQube for code quality analysis.
Problem Solving: Provide solutions to complex technical challenges with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Testing: Experience with unit testing frameworks like JUnit and test-driven development (TDD).
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience working in Agile environments.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience in delivering solutions with high scalability and performance.
